A New Digital Experience

Banner 2
RDH is so much more than a technical practice. This rebranding and website launch—more than a year in the making—is a reflection of who we are, what we value, and what’s ahead for RDH.

A Future-Ready Platform

Mockup

We set out to create a digital platform that communicates technical excellence with clarity, showcases our culture and people, and positions RDH for the next chapter of growth.

Our old site didn’t keep up with the pace of our expansion across North America. Navigation was cumbersome, structure lacked coherence, and some of our greatest strengths—our people, culture, and thought leadership—were missing altogether.

The new site shifts the narrative. It’s designed with clarity and scale in mind, surfacing technical expertise, culture, and discovery through thoughtful design.

How We Got Here

We drew inspiration not only from architecture and engineering firms, but also from organizations in technology, retail, higher education, and cultural institutions. These sectors showed us how bold design, intuitive navigation, and interactive storytelling can keep people engaged. We knew our site had to be more than a repository of information—it needed to be a business tool, a cultural platform, and a design showcase all in one.

Every decision, from reorganizing services into a clear taxonomy, to redesigning case studies as narrative vehicles, to prioritizing accessibility and inclusion in our visual system—was made with scale and longevity in mind.

What’s New?

  • Services that connect — A restructured taxonomy untangles complex offerings and makes it easier to explore RDH’s breadth of expertise.
  • Projects that inspire — More than 130 case studies from across our 12 offices, including legacy projects that put RDH on the map in 1997, highlight the scope, scale, and impact of our work.
  • Culture that shines through — A people-first careers section that expands beyond job postings to showcase values, purpose, and what it means to work at RDH.
  • Design that works for everyone — High-contrast color palettes, clear typography, and responsive layouts create a visual system that is both beautiful and usable for all.

A Shared Milestone

The launch was celebrated across our offices with newly branded notebooks, pens, and fun sticker sheets—reminders that this new identity belongs to everyone at RDH.

“This rebrand is for our people. Technical expertise put us on the map, but it is our culture that carries us forward. The new website brings those together as a digital expression of who we are and where we’re going. Most importantly, it lays the foundation for RDH’s next chapter—how we show up for clients, collaborate with partners, and articulate what we do in more meaningful ways.”
