RDH Building Science includes RDH Building Science, Inc., a British Columbian, CA and a Washington, USA corporation (collectively “RDH”). This privacy statement applies when you visit or use our websites; RDH.com, learnbuildingscience.com, their subdomains, or any other app or service that refers or links to this privacy statement (each, an “RDH Service”). This privacy statement may be updated periodically, or supplemented by additional privacy statements, terms, or notices provided to you. If you use an RDH Service, you agree to the terms of this privacy statement, including any updates, supplements, or revisions. This privacy statement does not apply to information collected by third parties, including personal information collected by any third-party application or content that is accessed from an RDH Service.

Information Collected Automatically. When you use an RDH Service, we may automatically collect anonymous session information and analytics about how you and your device interact with the website, including your location; the name of the domain and host, IP address, and proxy server from which you access the internet; the web browser software you used; the web pages requested and any referring webpage; as well as the date and time of your access and interaction.
Information Collected by Direct Input. The personal information we collect directly from you depends on how you interact with us and with the RDH Service you access. Such personal information may include your name and email address, as well as any other information you may choose to provide us, such as your company name, your professional title, additional contact details, pictures, your time zone, account login credentials, comments, feedback, interests, information and emails you send to customer support, etc.
Credit and payment information. We rely on third-party platforms as payment gateways, such as Shopify Payments, Stripe or PayPal. Accordingly, we do not collect credit card information. The credit card or payment information provided to those third-party vendors when accessed through RDH Services is not shared with us.
Children’s privacy. We do not knowingly collect information or target RDH Services to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification or parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us.

Depending on how you interact with us and the RDH Service, we may use your personal information to:

RDH Companies and Service Providers.
