RDH was engaged by the homeowners’ association to perform a building enclosure condition assessment in support of warranty review and evaluation of in-service performance.
The assessment included an interior and exterior review of the tower, with a focus on roofs, exterior walls, windows, balconies, and key enclosure interfaces. Fieldwork involved rope-access (bosun chair) investigations, supplemented by targeted non-destructive testing to evaluate facade conditions and identify areas of concern.
RDH coordinated with a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) consultant to support review of other building systems and reported conditions.
Based on the findings, RDH prepared a detailed report outlining observed conditions and recommended next steps, supporting the ownership group in prioritizing further investigation and developing targeted repair strategies.
