RDH conducted a unit-by-unit survey of this wood-framed, stucco-clad apartment building to identify moisture-related damage and evaluate the overall condition of the building enclosure. The assessment focused on identifying areas of water intrusion, deterioration, and other risk factors affecting building performance and resident comfort.
The findings provided the Seattle Housing Authority with clear recommendations and prioritized strategies to address deficiencies and plan future repairs or rehabilitation work. This proactive approach allowed the owner to develop a targeted scope of work to extend the building’s service life and reduce ongoing maintenance costs.
