RDH Building Science, Inc., a British Columbia, CA corporation, and RDH Building Science Inc., a Washington, USA corporation, are affiliated companies collectively referred to herein as “RDH” (also as “we,” “us,” or “our”). This privacy statement applies when you visit or use RDH’s website, RDH.com, or any other app or service that refers or links to this privacy statement (each, an “RDH Service”). This privacy statement may be updated periodically, or supplemented by additional privacy statements, terms, or notices provided to you. If you use an RDH Service, you agree to the terms of this privacy statement, including any updates, supplements, or revisions. This privacy statement does not apply to information collected by third parties, including personal information collected by any third-party application or content that is accessed from an RDH Service.

This information is collected through our servers or the servers that host RDH Services, as well as by the use of cookies and similar technologies. We may use cookies to store your preferences and settings, help you signing in, track your session on the RDH Service, and to customize the RDH Service content for you as an individual.

Information Collected by Direct Input. The personal information we collect directly from you depends on how you interact with us and with the RDH Service you access. Such personal information may include your name and email address, as well as any other information you may choose to provide us, such as your company name, your professional title, additional contact details, pictures, your time zone, comments, feedback, interests, information, and emails you send to customer support, etc.

Children’s privacy. We do not knowingly collect information or target RDH Services to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification or parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us.

RDH Companies and Service Providers. THIRD PARTIES MAY ALSO COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

RDH Services are hosted by third-party platforms, and the RDH Services rely on third-party platforms and third-party services to ensure that the RDH Services are effectively and seamlessly delivered to you. Third-party services include, but are not limited to provide web hosting and content creation, event management, payment processing, video conferencing, email marketing, and on-demand courses. Depending on the RDH Service you interact with, and the product or service you procure from us, a third-party provider may collect your personal information. Once you leave an RDH Service or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Statement or Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites or services, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party provider or service which you access through an RDH Service.
