RDH Building Science, Inc., a British Columbia, Canada corporation and  RDH Building Science Inc., a Washington, USA corporation are related parties. RDH Engineering Services P.C. (dba Building Science Engineers)is an affiliated Washington, USA professional corporation, with the three entities collectively referred to for convenience herein as “RDH” (also as “we,” “us,” or “our”). This privacy statement applies when you visit or use RDH’s website, RDH.com, or any other app or service that refers or links to this privacy statement (each, an “RDH Service”). This privacy statement may be updated periodically, or supplemented by additional privacy statements, terms, or notices provided to you. If you use an RDH Service, you agree to the terms of this privacy statement, including any updates, supplements, or revisions. This privacy statement does not apply to information collected by third parties, including personal information collected by any third-party application or content that is accessed from an RDH Service.

This information is collected through our servers or the servers that host RDH Services, as well as by the use of cookies and similar technologies. Information Collected by Direct Input.  The personal information we collect directly from you depends on how you interact with us and the RDH Service you access. Children’s Privacy.  We do not knowingly collect information from or target RDH Services to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information. RDH Companies and Service Providers.  Depending on your interaction with the RDH Service or the product ordered, we share information with our service providers, suppliers, agents, and representatives, only to the extent necessary to provide services, complete a transaction, or fulfill an order.

Third Parties May Also Collect Your Personal Information

RDH Services rely on third-party platforms to ensure effective and seamless delivery, including for web hosting, content creation, event management, payment processing, video conferencing, and email marketing. Depending on the RDH Service you use, a third-party provider may collect your personal information. Once you leave an RDH Service or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Statement. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing your information.
