Len is a leader on Vancouver’s enclosure team, specializing in the rehabilitation and renewal of existing buildings. He began his career at RDH as an EIT in 2008, spent two years in Japan, and rejoined the firm in 2017. With a mechanical engineering background, Len’s holistic approach is essential in addressing complex building challenges. As both a mentor within RDH and a trusted client partner, he prioritizes clear communication and consistently delivers tailored solutions.
