Path to Licensure

RDH supports the development of early-career engineers across all regions of the firm. In British Columbia, employees can access Engineers and Geoscientists BC’s Accredited Employer Program (AEP), which provides formal mentorship, competency development, and structured guidance toward professional licensure.

Across Canada and the United States, RDH connects EITs and junior consultants to the licensure pathways, programs, and resources available in their jurisdiction. These include provincial and state licensure requirements, preparation for FE and PE, and professional development opportunities offered through national engineering associations. The focus is on providing meaningful project experience, access to senior technical mentors, and structured feedback that supports steady progress toward licensure.
