While cultural and legal differences exist in the regions where we operate, all partners are required to follow the strictest applicable standards within their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to audit compliance, and failure to meet these standards or cooperate with reviews may result in suspension or termination of the relationship.
Global Frameworks
Our Code is based on internationally recognized frameworks for the ethical treatment of workers worldwide. It is reviewed regularly to reflect evolving laws, industry expectations, and best practices:
- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
- International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions
- The United Nations Global Compact
- The Fair Labor Association’s Labor Standards
- The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act
Non‑Negotiable Standards
We will not engage in—or continue—business relationships with any organization that fails to meet these non‑negotiable expectations. Suppliers must provide full access to relevant facilities, documentation, and project‑related information when requested. The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- Forced, bonded, indentured, or trafficked labor
- Child labor
- Unsafe working conditions that endanger health or safety
- Wage violations, including failure to meet minimum or living wage standards
- Corruption, bribery, or fraudulent practices
- Lack of transparency or refusal to cooperate with audits or reviews
Report a Concern
Ethics matter most when they’re put into action. Questions, concerns, or reports of potential violations—including human rights issues—can be submitted in any language and, if preferred, anonymously. We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
