Ethics-Compliance
Who we partner with—and how we conduct business—matters as much as the results we deliver. Our Code of Ethics sets clear expectations to uphold human and labor rights and promote safe, fair working conditions across our supply chain. From vendors and subcontractors to subconsultants and partners, everyone we work with is held to the same high standards of ethical practice.

While cultural and legal differences exist in the regions where we operate, all partners are required to follow the strictest applicable standards within their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to audit compliance, and failure to meet these standards or cooperate with reviews may result in suspension or termination of the relationship.

Global Frameworks

Our Code is based on internationally recognized frameworks for the ethical treatment of workers worldwide. It is reviewed regularly to reflect evolving laws, industry expectations, and best practices:

Non‑Negotiable Standards

We will not engage in—or continue—business relationships with any organization that fails to meet these non‑negotiable expectations. Suppliers must provide full access to relevant facilities, documentation, and project‑related information when requested. The following practices are strictly prohibited:

  • Forced, bonded, indentured, or trafficked labor
  • Child labor
  • Unsafe working conditions that endanger health or safety
  • Wage violations, including failure to meet minimum or living wage standards
  • Corruption, bribery, or fraudulent practices
  • Lack of transparency or refusal to cooperate with audits or reviews
Report a Concern

Ethics matter most when they’re put into action. Questions, concerns, or reports of potential violations—including human rights issues—can be submitted in any language and, if preferred, anonymously. We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
