Path to Licensure
RDH actively supports engineers early in their careers as they work toward professional licensure. Depending on location, this includes access to structured mentorship programs, jurisdiction-specific licensure guidance, and preparation for FE and PE exams.
In Canada and the United States, RDH helps connect EITs and junior consultants to professional development resources through provincial, state, and national engineering organizations. Exam preparation, covered exam expenses, and support from experienced technical leaders are part of how we help staff build the experience and confidence needed to advance toward licensure.
