- Pre-Construction Design Coordination: We collaborated with the project team early in the design phase to integrate building enclosure systems that supported the district’s energy efficiency and long-term performance objectives.
- Pre-Construction Mock-up Review: RDH assessed the mock-ups of key building enclosure components to validate material choices and construction methods.
- Construction Administration Support: Throughout construction, RDH provided ongoing support to address challenges related to the building enclosure systems.
- Submittal and Shop Drawing Review: We carefully reviewed submittals and shop drawings to verify that the proposed materials and methods were consistent with the design and performance criteria.
- Construction Field Review & Testing: RDH conducted field reviews and air leakage testing to evaluate the building enclosures during construction, offering feedback to resolve any issues before completion.
- Building Enclosure Maintenance & Renewal Plans: We developed long-term maintenance and renewal strategies to optimize the durability and performance of the building enclosures over time.
