RDH led a comprehensive rehabilitation of the building enclosure to extend the property’s service life and improve overall building performance. The project involved removing the existing stucco exterior, installing a new weather barrier and cementitious siding system with a protective coating, removing and replacing the existing windows and doors, replacing the existing roof, and upgrading the rooftop make-up air unit.
This comprehensive scope improved the building’s durability, thermal performance, and comfort while reducing long-term maintenance needs. RDH coordinated with SHA and the construction team to complete the work efficiently and with minimal disruption to residents.
