Our Courtenay and Victoria teams are providing building enclosure consulting to help the project meet Step 3 of the BC Energy Step Code. Our work spans design review, field review, whole-building air tightness testing, and water penetration resistance testing for the glazing systems, ensuring durable, high-performance assemblies suited to Powell River’s coastal climate. With collaboration between RDH’s Courtenay and Victoria offices, the project is on track to deliver sustainable, comfortable, and energy-efficient homes for the community.
