Implementation services help clients roll out training at scale, supporting delivery, technology integration, and long-term adoption. RDH provides learning platform consulting, instructor training, CEU alignment, and post-launch coaching to strengthen internal capacity and support program success over time.

• Training delivery provides facilitation, co-teaching, or instructor recruitment as needed for live or hybrid programs.
• Continuing education delivery prepares and delivers content for AIA, BC Housing, and other accredited learning platforms.
• Trainer training builds internal facilitation capacity by equipping client staff to lead sessions independently.
• Learning technology consulting advises on learning management system setup, integration, and platform optimization.
• Coaching and technical follow-up offers post-launch support to reinforce adoption, address questions, and gather feedback.
