RDH served as the Tarion RB19 Field Review Consultant, providing building enclosure design and shop drawing review followed by periodic field review during construction. Our work addressed interfaces between the precast concrete, window wall, metal panels, roofing, balconies, and waterproofing systems.
During construction, RDH reviewed representative installations and mock-ups, coordinated concrete testing, and conducted air and water testing of the glazing systems. Field observations and testing informed ongoing coordination with the project team, while RDH documented the work through site reporting and preparation of the required Tarion RB19 documentation.
