• Budget and schedule oversight tracks actual progress against baseline budgets and timelines to detect and respond to issues early.
• Site safety oversight supports site-specific safety planning, compliance documentation, and contractor communication.
• Contract administration reviews change orders, facilitates OAC meetings, and manages submittals and pay applications.
• Occupant engagement consulting coordinates communication and phasing logistics when construction takes place in occupied buildings.
• Quality assurance and field review conducts field observations, documents installation quality, and provides feedback aligned with project specifications.
