RDH coordinates warranty tracking, lien documentation, and post-occupancy assessment to close out projects cleanly and identify early operational issues before they become larger problems.

• Warranty review and management tracks warranty items, coordinates repairs, and manages communication between owners and contractors through the deficiency period.
• Lien release coordination verifies final payment status and reviews lien waivers to address financial and legal risk at project close.
• Post-occupancy review and support conducts walkthroughs and performance assessments to identify early operational issues and gather occupant feedback.
