RDH provided building enclosure consulting services to support the integration of mass timber construction with the project’s exterior enclosure systems. Working closely with the design team, RDH helped develop enclosure solutions that addressed durability, weather protection, and performance requirements for mass timber construction.
Following completion, RDH continued to support the building through additional enclosure consulting services and tenant improvement reviews. Our team evaluated existing conditions, developed repair recommendations, and provided technical guidance to support the long-term performance of the building enclosure as the project evolved to accommodate changing tenant needs.
RDH’s involvement spanned multiple phases of the project, from design and construction support to subsequent consulting services, providing continuity and technical expertise over time.
