As part of RDH's dedication to sustainability, we are working towards a paperless workplace. The next step in our effort to go paperless is a switch to electronic invoicing. To accomplish this goal, we need a little help from you, our clients.

Electronic Invoicing Form Instructions

Company Name
Enter the name of your company.

Project Number
Enter the project number as it appears in the top right hand corner of your invoice, highlighted below.


If you would like to apply the information below to all of the projects with your company, please select “Yes” in the drop-down menu.

Remittance Email Address
Enter the email address that will receive the invoices.

Recipient Name
Enter the name of the person who will receive the electronic invoices.

Additional Comments
Enter anything else you would like to add (i.e. – additional projects, additional recipients, or any other information you would like to add).
